The Barbara Ann Johnston Preble Memorial Scholarship is given each year to deserving applicants from Massachusetts and New England who plan to study the Scottish Arts.
The Scholarship is named in honor of Barbara Ann Johnston Preble longtime scholarship chairperson and newsletter editor of the St. Andrew’s Society of Massachusetts.
